All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

4.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

We offer the following cancellation and refund policy:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the course start date receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before the course start date receive a 50% refund
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date
• Course transfers to another date may be possible subject to availability and a transfer fee

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, text, images, videos, and design) are owned by Rastitelinaya-Rediska or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
